For orthodontists working across more than one clinic
Your patients follow you, not the clinic.
OrthoKeep is the record you keep for yourself. Every patient, treatment plan, aligner stage and payment in one place — across every clinic you work at, on whichever day you’re there.
90 days free · no card · then one price with everything switched on.
Smile Studio — Zamalek
3 appointmentsThe problem it solves
Three clinics, three filing systems, one doctor holding it together
If you see patients at more than one place, your work is split across systems that were never built for you — a folder at one clinic, a receptionist’s notebook at another, and the rest in your own head. OrthoKeep is the one record that stays with you.
The record is yours, not the clinic’s
You own the account. Nothing depends on a clinic’s software, their permission, or their staff remembering to file something. Change where you work and your patients come with you.
One week, not several calendars
Set which clinic you’re at on each day, and see every location’s list side by side. You stop asking yourself where you’re meant to be on Tuesday.
Pick up mid-treatment, anywhere
Open a patient and the last session, the current aligner and what you planned next are already there — whichever chair you happen to be sitting in.
Imaging & analysis
Four analysis workspaces, built into the patient’s record
The lateral ceph, the photographs, the intraoral scan and the CBCT open from the same library the rest of the record lives in. No plug-in, no second licence, and nothing uploaded to anybody else’s service to be measured.
Cephalometric analysis
Trace a ceph once. Read eighteen analyses off it.
Place the landmarks on the film and every analysis reads from the same points — Steiner, Downs, Tweed, Wits, Ricketts, McNamara, Harvold, Jarabak, Sassouni, Legan–Burstone, Arnett, Jefferson, ABO and the rest. Switching analysis is a click, not a re-trace.
- 40 landmarks, each with the anatomical definition beside it
- Every norm shows its source on its own row
- Angles and ratios need no calibration, so they are there at once
- Millimetres stay hidden until you calibrate the film — before that a linear figure is pixels wearing a millimetre label, and radiographic magnification is not something we can guess for you
| Measure | Patient | Norm |
|---|---|---|
| SNA | 82.1° | 82 ± 2 |
| SNB | 78.7° | 80 ± 2 |
| ANB | 3.4° | 2 ± 2 |
| FMA (Frankfort–mandibular) | 24.9° | 25 ± 5 |
Calibrate the film to unlock millimetres
Facial analysis
Photographs read as proportion, which is all a photograph can give you
Profile and frontal catalogues on the same canvas as the ceph tracer: facial thirds, nasolabial and nasofrontal angles, lip position, chin projection, midline and symmetry.
- Profile and frontal landmark sets, two analyses each
- Sits beside the tracing on the same patient, from the same library
- Every measurement is an angle or a ratio, because a photograph has no scale — so there is no calibration step, and none is needed
| Facial thirds | 1 : 1.02 : 0.98 |
| Lower face height | 55% |
| Midline deviation | 0.6° |
Angles and ratios only — a photograph has no scale
3D scan viewer
Open an intraoral scan in the browser, and measure on the mesh
Rotate it, light it how you like, and measure between two points on the surface — the measurement lands on the model itself rather than on a picture of it.
- Binary and ASCII STL, with normals computed from the geometry
- Two-point measurement, accurate to a fraction of a millimetre
- Background, material and shading remembered per browser
- Every scan in the library carries a rendered still, so a 3D file is not the one record you cannot look at
STL carries no unit. Every dental scanner writes millimetres.
CBCT viewer
Read a cone-beam volume without leaving the file
Axial, coronal and sagittal planes on one screen, sharing a crosshair, with windowing and measurement in real millimetres. A zip of slices, a multi-frame file or a single slice — the volume is assembled in your browser from the file already on the patient.
- Slice order and spacing measured from the slice positions themselves
- Nothing is stored or processed on our side beyond the one download
- A scan with slices missing is refused rather than reconstructed — a gap you cannot see in the picture still measures wrong
Volume assembled in your browser
All four run in your browser. Nothing is sent away to be analysed, there is no viewer to install, and the file being traced is the one already filed on the patient — so the tracing, the measurements and the radiograph stay in the record together, instead of in somebody’s downloads folder.
What's inside
Built around how orthodontic treatment actually runs
Not a generic appointment book with teeth drawn on it. Every screen below exists in the app today.
Patients
One profile per patient, wherever you treat them
Everything about a patient on one screen: their details, which of your clinics they attend, their treatment, dental chart, files, visits and what they’ve paid. Link a patient to more than one location and set the one they usually come to.
- Search by name, phone or email as you type
- Birthday flags a week either side
- Book straight from the profile — no searching for them again
Treatment plans
A plan that holds a real diagnosis, not a free-text box
Record malocclusion class, skeletal pattern, crowding, spacing, bite, crossbite and midline as structured fields — then log each visit against the plan. Enter the aligner you handed over and the plan’s progress moves on by itself.
- Aligners, metal and ceramic braces, retention, whitening
- Session log: procedures done, what you found, what’s next
- Planned, active, on hold or completed — at a glance
- Malocclusion
- Class II Div 1
- Skeletal
- Skeletal Class II
- Crowding
- Moderate
- Bite
- Deep bite
Next: IPR on 13–23, deliver aligners 8–10
Case review
The whole case on one screen — including what’s overdue
Every treatment plan gets a screen of its own: the stage ladder from the first fitting to the last, with sessions, tooth notes, appointments and invoices merged into a single timeline. The change interval is measured from this patient’s own fittings rather than a nominal fortnight — so next change due, overdue by three days, and the projected finish all describe how they are actually moving.
- Click a stage to log that visit or open its photos
- Stages that already have records on file are marked

Records
A records library, not a folder of loose files
Drop a whole photo series in at once and label it in one step. Every file takes a standard view — intraoral frontal, upper occlusal, lateral ceph — and the batch takes a phase: initial, progress at stage nine, final, retention. Matching views then pair themselves, so before and after sit side by side, or under a drag-wipe.
- The initial series tells you which view you didn’t take
- Filter by view and phase; a keyboard lightbox to read them
- X-rays, 3D scans and consent forms filed the same way
Initial series — views on file
Case studies
The write-up and the post come out of the record
A finished case is already a case study. Pick the before-and-after pair and OrthoKeep lays out a branded PDF with the treatment time, the appliance and what was done. The same menu gives you a treatment plan PDF to hand a patient, and a social card at feed and story sizes. What you see in the preview is the file that downloads.
- Full name, initials or fully anonymous — decided per document
- Your practice name, logo, colour and handles on all of it
- With no signed consent on file the PDF comes out watermarked internal use only, and the social card is switched off
Your week
Every clinic’s day, on one calendar
A week that runs Saturday to Friday. Click an empty slot to book, open an appointment to change it, or drag it to a new time to reschedule — it asks you to confirm before it moves anything.
- Filter to one clinic, or see them all together
- Six appointment types, colour-coded
- A carousel on the dashboard for today across every location
Money & numbers
What you’re owed, and the figures you’d otherwise guess at
Keep your own list of services and prices, then build an invoice from it in a few clicks instead of typing line items — and see the balance sitting on the patient’s own profile. Underneath, the reports answer what you can’t answer from memory: how often patients don’t turn up, how long your cases really take, and which clinic brings you the most work.
- Paid, outstanding and overdue, filtered in one click

Patients seen, by clinic
A case, start to finish
From the first consult to the retainer, in one record
Orthodontics isn’t a series of unrelated appointments — it’s one long case. OrthoKeep is shaped that way, so nothing has to be re-entered as treatment moves forward.
- 01
First consult
Book from an empty slot, create the patient in seconds, and record the chief complaint in their own words.
- 02
Records & diagnosis
Upload the radiographs and 3D scan, then set malocclusion class, skeletal pattern, crowding and bite as real fields.
- 03
The plan
Aligners or braces, which arches, how many stages, expected finish. It starts as planned and turns active on the day you bond.
- 04
Every visit after
Log what you did and what you found. Enter the aligner handed over and progress advances itself — no separate tracker.
- 05
Paid in stages
Raise an invoice from your service list whenever a stage is due, and see the balance sitting on the patient’s own profile.
- 06
Debond & retention
Close the plan, open a retention plan, and keep the whole history — every session, file and payment — on the same profile.
Two years later, a patient walks back in with a relapse. You open their profile and the original diagnosis, every aligner stage, the debond date and the retainer you fitted are still sitting there — not in a box file at a clinic you no longer visit.

The rest of it
Interactive dental chart
Click a tooth to log its condition — nine of them, from healthy through decay and root canal to planned extraction and implant. Each tooth keeps a dated history. Read it in FDI, ADA or Palmer.
Your team, at the access you choose
Owner, clinical assistant and front desk come built in, and you can make your own role by ticking permissions on a grid. Extra logins cost nothing.
A week that starts on Saturday
Every calendar, rota and report runs Saturday to Friday. You never have to read around a Monday-first grid again.
Egyptian pounds throughout
Your service list, invoices, revenue charts and totals are all in EGP with local formatting. Nothing is a conversion of something else.
Dark mode, and your phone
It’s a website, so it opens between chairs and again at 11pm when you’re writing up the day. Light, dark, or whatever the device is set to.
Write the visit up in two clicks
Every appointment for today carries a Log visit action. It opens already knowing the patient, their running plan, the next aligner stage, the date and the clinic — and closes the appointment out in the same save.
Pricing
One plan. One price. Nothing metered.
No tier chart to decode, no add-ons, and nothing counted against you. Every doctor gets the whole product — and the price you start on is the price you keep.

- Monthly, and you can stopNo notice period and no cancellation fee. Access runs to the end of the month you’ve already paid for, and you leave with everything you put in.
- Locked for as long as you stayWe haven’t launched publicly yet. Whatever price list we publish later, yours doesn’t move — that is the whole of what founding means here.
Where this stops being simple: storage is the one thing with a real ceiling, because photo series and 3D scans genuinely cost us money — 50 GB is a long way off for a single practitioner, and if you approach it we’ll talk to you rather than cut you off. And if you’re a group with several doctors rather than one, tell us and we’ll agree something sensible instead of bolting a tier chart onto this page.

Questions
What doctors ask us first
Is this for a clinic, or for me?
For you. OrthoKeep is the record you keep on your own patients, and it goes with you between the clinics you work at. It isn’t a system a clinic installs at reception, and it doesn’t need their permission or their software to work.
I work at several clinics. How does that work?
Add each clinic you visit and set which one you’re at on each day of the week. Your dashboard then shows every location’s day side by side, so you see the whole week without switching between them. A patient can be linked to more than one clinic, with one set as the usual.
What does it cost?
EGP 499 a month, or EGP 4,999 for a year — and that is the whole product. There is no cheaper tier with half of it missing and nothing extra to buy on top. The first 90 days are free and we don’t take card details to start. We haven’t launched publicly yet, so the doctors who come in now keep this price for as long as they stay, whatever we publish later.
Is anything limited or counted?
No. Patients, clinics, treatment plans, visits, invoices and logins are all uncapped — you are never billed by the patient and never pushed up a tier for taking on more work. The one real ceiling is storage, at 50 GB, which is a great many photo series; if you get anywhere near it we’ll talk to you rather than cut you off.
Can I see it working before I hand over my details?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you a login to a worked demo practice — three clinics, fourteen patients, aligner cases mid-course and finished with full before-and-after series, invoices in every state and a year of appointments. All of it is invented, photographs included, so click around and break whatever you like.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser, so you can open it on your phone between chairs and on a laptop at home. There’s no server to buy and nothing to update.
Can my assistant use it too?
Yes, at the level you decide. Three roles come built in — owner, clinical assistant, and front desk, which is read-only for reception cover — and you can build your own by ticking permissions on a grid. Extra logins cost nothing. The account itself stays in your name.
Can I bring across the patients I already have?
Yes. Send us whatever you keep now — a spreadsheet, an export from another system, even a list — and we’ll bring it in for you before your trial starts, at no charge.
Where is patient data kept?
On managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups. Your data is separated from every other doctor’s, and only the logins you create can reach it. Ask us for the specifics before you commit and we’ll answer in detail rather than in marketing language.
Can I get my data out?
At any time, including the day you decide to stop. Ask and we send you everything you put in — patients, plans, visits, invoices and your uploaded records. We do that by hand today rather than claim there’s a button for it; a self-service export is on the list.
